today they flew to ireland, took a ride through the country side on horseback, & visited castles.

sam will follow charlie anywhere.

sam wanted to do it by himself tonight.

"dad, i got it! go help carlie"

if tom had let go of the trash can, little man wouldn't have gotten very far.

so tom went to the front where sam couldn't see him and tilted it back.

the little dude was pretty full of himself after he got it to the curb...

all by himself.

i love how they say it.

not so much charlie anymore.

but nicklaus and sam still do.

the cards were great with their hand cut hearts.

the love yous and kisses all day from the middle child...ahhh.

sam running to his boys parties like they were his own.

charlie setting the table and helping make the pizzas.

all wonderful.

but nothing like hearing valentime.

another party in the hood today.

this time it was a valentine's day bash.

but not the mushy hearts kind.

we made slime.

painted with invisible paint.

went on a "rock" hunt then got to break them open to discover treasures.

i love having neighbors who use to be teachers...

and miss it as much as i do.

i should clarify to mean i miss the creativity and the "sparkle in the eyes" moments.

not the paper work.

 

today they learned to cut.

they are practicing how to hold up just three fingers.

they are the perfect size for hot wheel cars and mega blocks.

they have mastered the point when words fail to communicate.

they still like to hold mommy's hand when we walk.

they are learning to grip a putter and and an iron.

they hold the all of us in the palm of them.
