introductions

remi made her entrance today.

a few weeks early.

the boys had no idea when i dropped them at school that morning...

neither did we.

as soon as she was born and her arrival was texted all over the land,

tom left to gather the boys.

born at 5:31.

they were at the hospital by 8,

fed and ready to meet their little sister.

they took their turns holding her.

charlie couldn't get over how tiny she was.

refers to her as beautiful remi.

nicklaus just gazed at her,

in awe that he finally got his little sister.

sam took to his role as big brother right away,

making sure we tended to her every squeak.

he calls her darling remi.

the next chapter begins.

charlie got the percy jackson book series for christmas.

we have had a few projects due so they had to wait.

i asked him why he didn't start them right away and he said he knew he would love them and wanted to wait until he had a light homework week.

end of quarter last week = light homework.

he started the series last monday.

he finished the first book on wednesday.

then wanted to wait to read anymore until he saw the movie.

the series must be good.

we aren't watching the movie until this weekend.

he started the second book 2 days ago.

finished it on his way to the van.
