3 hours of swimming.

only called for me when they needed snack and popsicles.

no drama.

lots of imaginative play.

non stop laughter.

perfect sunday afternoon.

team party today.

swimming.

cookout.

slip & slide...

or so we heard.

i totally whiffed on the time.

thought it started at 2.

actually started at 10:30.

got there in time for a few innings of whiffle ball.

bonus...

it started to rain.

nicklaus was pretty understanding.

not too many tears when we left an hour later.

we had a great season with these boys and coaches.

even the little bit of celebration we got was the perfect ending to a great season.

sam taking attendance in the 2 & 3 year old class tonight.

it is usually just him & jonathon on wednesday nights.

first he finds the s for sam.

then the j for jonathon.

then they run around the room in circles until someone bribes them with a puzzle to stop.

got to his eye surgery appointment a little bit early.

cool as a cucumber killing time before we went in.

later admitted he was a bit nervous.

woke up for the anesthesia like a champ.

sleepy on the way home.

hung out with the fam the rest of the day.

might have stayed up a little too long.

eyes a bit sore tonight.

post op in the morning.

so far...

no double vision.

he has been looking forward to this day all week.

they got to wear their suits to school.

inside activities first.

outdoor wet fun to follow.

there were inflatable pools and lots of splashing.

chilling out on the way home.

looking over the program from charlie's drama kids performance.

picking out the names and words he knows.

if the 3 1/2 hour nap was any indication of the amount of fun had...

i would say it was a bunch.
