finally!

he went back to school on thursday.

still tired but ready to go.

in bed by 8 thursday night.

same today but with a little more pep in his step.

met with his om team after school at the house.

they painted.

they laughed.

they left.

dinner.

then in bed by 8... asleep by 8:15.

i don't like sick boys.

i am so glad he is better.

wonder who's next?

thursday night baseball =

dinner on the benches.

tonight...panera.

could have easily been quiznos.

charlie reading for school.

the rest of us cheering on pickle.

enjoying the spring night.

charlie trying to devour a samwich.

he twirled the samwich around.

lifted him up.

pretend munched him for about 20 minutes.

sam finally slid off.

chaw yee, your jelly escaped.

back to the chase.

 

charlie loves to set a table.

especially for a special occasion.

he has free reign.

he roots through the table clothes,

glasses,

dishes,

& napkins to see what will work.

can take up to a 1/2 hour.

finished product is always worth the wait.

kind of a tradition.

pose on or around every statue on the walk home from dinner.

i drive has a ton of them.

they climb up.

do their best to hang on.

adds about 10 minutes onto the walk.

so worth the memories.

this is the face of a tired boy...

who couldn't wait to pack his suesscase

and swim at the pool at the ho-towel in orlando.

at this point he had missed two naps,

stayed up until 11pm,

bit his tongue

& wanted his bed.
