sam goes with me every tuesday and thursday when i work out.

he has since he was 1.

my trainer, tom, and partners in crime, julia & kate, have watched my boy grow up.

sam considers them his friends and brought them birthday cake today.

we also stopped by daddy's office and shared much bigger pieces of cake with uncle richie, tony, and gimmy(jimmy) some of sam's other closest friends.

he is definately in his element around "his" friends and has no problem holding his own.

the boys do first tee on thursdays.

charlie balked at first.

i told him to think of it as a life skill.

hanging with friends.

plus they teach more than just golf.

respect.

responsibility.

fairness.

rules for on and off the course.

sam hangs with the bigs when he is there.

he already knows the game better than some of the older kids.

pickle has the basics down.

wears his glove the whole time.

carries change in his pocket to mark ball placement.
