i'm glad he is ticklish.

got the biggins dressed this morning to play outside before the rain came.

went to find sam and he was cuddled up in charlie's bed.

what you can't see is that he had his big ipod(the family ipad) and is listening to miley cyrus' boom de clap de clap song(don't judge me).

he flips through the itunes by the album cover pics to find the music he likes.

he is also a fan of beyonce's single ladies, crazy frog, chicken fried by the zac brown band, and gummi bear.

he gets the hang of it.

this is how he prefers to walk around the house...

give or take the tennis shoes.

this is where he sits to watch tv (thank you, aunt tasha).

as you can see from the zoned out look & thumb sucking mode,

he is deep in tv land.

nylon chair can be hosed off.

fabric couches can not.

 

 

 

we went to the stone bridge today.

it was too gorgeous, hi of 80, to sit by the lake.

the weather beckoned us to go out and do something.

sam couldn't wait to go to the stolen bridge.

the bigs had been before but love it.

we explored caverns.

went in the noisy cave.

were dwarfed by boulders.

awe struck by the underground river and waterfalls.

every turn of the trail brought a new adventure and thrill.

they advertised the tour to take an hour...

it took us 2 1/2.

after we had a picnic lunch and panned for precious stones.

we picked about 3 cups of delicious wild blueberries today from behind aunt lou's house.

we brought home about 2 1/2.

sam ate all of his on the spot.

by the handful.

no regrets.

he wanted more but wasn't willing to pick them.

nicklaus wants muffins.

sam wants panpakes.

charlie wants scones.

i see more picking in our future.
