he was out in the hood at 9.

after i made him breakfast.

had a quick lunch and then to the fields by 12:45.

game until 2:30.

then i drove him home.

then off to benjermen's scooter birthday party.

more time with the hoodlums.

in for a quick dinner and then family movie night.

serious momma cuddling time.

i catch him when i can.

listening to everything he shares.

tucking away his little thought nuggets.

right now it is what he wants to name his kids.

this is how middle rolls...

and i am along for the ride.

big is on his school morning news.

they took a field trip to our local abc news station.

they saw the control room.

got to play with the green screen.

watched an anchor record her 15 second lead into the noon news.

they kids loved it...

big loved it.

when they asked who would be interested in a career in news just about everyone raised their hands.

charlie raised his so emphatically i thougth he might jump out of his shoes.

we can add it to his list.

to date he has wanted to be an

explorer,

amusement park planner,

an archaeologist,

a director,

and a 4th grade gifted teacher.

this one will be whatever he sets his mind to.

it is what charlie calls it when i pull it behind my bike.

it converts to a jog stroller.

i don't jog.

ashley is training for a 1/2 marathon.

she figured it out.

sam loved it.

ash got some miles logged.
